Today’s Blog Review: I Got Laid Off
I Got Laid Off is the story of an ex marketing exec becoming a freelancing and trying some new ways to make money. It’s entertaining and honest, I think we’ve all tried different ways to make extra cash, and I really enjoyed reading someone else’s stories.
I also liked her job search, and her reactions to her job search:
Favorite rejection to date: Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and interest. You are certainly bright and very energetic. We have decided to go in another direction but thank you for talking with us.

The blog style is a basic blogger template. I’m not crazy about the light blue on dark blue… I do love mixing similar shades, but I need black text, white background to read comfortably. (After writing that I suddenly wonder if I’m getting old!?!?)
